COVID19 PREVENTION PROTOCOL
Dear customers,
As you all know, the dramatic situation caused by COVID19 has forced us to postpone the opening of our establishment until July 10th, with all the economic and logistic consequences that it entails. Firstly, thank you for the stay, for us that is a testimony of your trust in us, and we embrace your fidelity.
For your peace of mind and security, find detailed all the preventive measures that we have adopted to minimize the possible risk of contagion, measures that necessarily involve your collaboration and understanding. Different places inside the building have posters as a reminder of good practices that should not be forgotten.
As for our staff, they all undergo a temperature control every day before joining their workplace. All of them use the face protection mask, latex gloves depending on the department and their uniforms go through a daily wash over 60º. The cleaning team has had a specific training course on the use of disinfectant products and application procedures. A company specialized in this type of disinfection advises our staff every time we request it.
RECEPTION:
You will find alcoholic gel dispensers at the entrance and at the elevator door from the ground floor to the top floor. The counter offers methacrylate protection between you and the staff. The TPV will be disinfected after each operation carried out with credit cards. The pen that you use to sign documents is offered to you so that it will be for your exclusive use. The welcome document that you sign will be understood as a responsible statement that, to your knowledge, you are not a carrier of the virus and that you have not had a fever 24 hours prior to your entry. We will have a special disinfected carpet to clean your shoes at the reception entrance, as well as at the access door between the bar and the pool. We recommend using the elevator only in the company of your family, do not share it with strangers, wait. Invoices will be settled at check-in to minimize interactions with reception staff. Only possible extras should be settled for those who use them at check-out. These processes will slow down entry and exit times a little, in advance, we appreciate your understanding.
SWIMMING POOL:
You will find alcoholic gel dispensers next to the access door, between the bar and the terrace, and a disinfection carpet like the one found at the reception entrance. The towels that we usually provide for you ( beach and pool) will be replaced by clean ones daily without any added cost, we will simply check the return of the one used to give you a clean one. The furniture on the terrace will be arranged in order to respect the safety distances. Our staff will disinfect the furniture on a regular basis, but their presence is impossible every time there is a change of client in a hammock; a disinfecting spray will be at your disposal in order to carry out this disinfection on your own account, if you wish. Remember that you also have the towel exclusively for your protection. Our pool is permanently disinfected by the filtration and chlorination system by electrolysis of salt. Controls and analytics will be at your disposal at the reception for those who wish to consult them.
BAR, DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN:
As in other places in the building, you will find alcohol gel dispensers at the different access points and some reminder posters of good practices. Tables and chairs will be disinfected after each use. Our staff will wear a face protection mask.
Both the breakfast and dinner buffets have been removed, except for coffee, milk, herbal teas and the orange juicer. Breakfast will be available à la carte and you can order more as many times as your hunger requests. Your order will be served at the table by the waiter. All food elaboration and preparation will be done in the kitchen by personnel specifically trained as food handlers and with the maximum hygiene measures.
You will find the menus of Draulic and The Sloop restaurants in QR format. For those who do not have a Smartphone, you can request it on laminated paper that we will disinfect before each use.
The oil for your salads or other needs will be from our production of centuries-old olive trees from Argudell olives. We will not serve mono doses, but our bottles will be disinfected after each use.
Our kitchen follows all sanitary standards for cleaning and disinfection as well as food handling. A contracted external laboratory performs periodic checks, as well as food, tooling and surface analysis.
ROOMS AND GENERAL CLEANING:
All cleaning staff have received specific training in this regard. For each specific need, we will use a chemical product approved and certified by the Government of Catalonia and the Ministry of Health. The sheets will be systematically changed. For each change of client in a room, in addition to the usual cleaning, a disinfection will be carried out by mechanical means, we will use the NUOVA SANEX from Comax that vaporizes an approved disinfectant, which guarantees disinfection of both smooth surfaces and textiles.
